George Pond
Long time Rotarian George Pond passed away recently.
On a sad note, very long-time Rotarian George Pond has passed away. George originally joined Rotary in 1947, after an absence from the club he rejoined in June 1973. George was a Paul Harris fellow and a Past President of the club. He was one of the founders of the Student Scholarships. Even though it became difficult for George to attend meetings, he continued to support the Malone Rotary club.
