Leaders Create Leaders

Nick and Rinn shared the leadership lessons they learned at RYLA. Nick asked club members what leaders needed to have and what makes for extraordianry leadership. While he didn't use this quote from Tom Peters, it pretty much sums up what he said: "Leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders." Rinn told the club about her work with TOMS One for One program and how she is starting a TOMS club at Franklin Academy. Both said they learned great leadership lessons at RYLA.
